Our forest based 900 sq foot yurt is perfect space for retreats, wellness classes, workshops and more. Our yurt can accommodate 20 yoga mats or 35 people seated at tables.
The yurt can be rented by the hour, day or weekend. We can also assist in helping you curate multi-day wellness retreats. -
Corporate Meetings & Staff Events
Book our 900 sq foot yurt for your next team meeting, staff event, corporate parties, and more. The yurt does have wifi for meetings, and we can accommodate 35 people seated at tables, with several seating configurations. Full catering options are provided for staff meetings and parties. We can curate a full experience from workshops, nature walks, guest speakers, and more.
The event space can be booked daily, or you can have multi-day events by booking our accommodations as well for a packaged event. Tables, chair, white board, screen, and wifi is provided. -
Private Parties & Weddings
Book our stunning yurt for your small wedding, bridal shower, baby shower, stagette or more! Catering and event offerings can be customized. The yurt can be booked by the hour, day or weekend.
Please note that private parties and weddings often do require booking the entire property.

Whether it is a yoga class, wellness retreat, corporate meeting, staff event, or a workshop, Seek’s forest based yurt is the perfect multi-purpose rental space. The 900 sq foot yurt is located right at Seek, with ample parking, bathrooms, catering options, accommodations on site, and in a nature based setting.
Seek’s event yurt can be rented:
Hourly: Starts at $75/hour plus HST (rates range depending on event)
Daily (8am-5pm): $400/day plus HST
Weekend Rates: (based on the event and requirements)
Please note that rates do not include HST and gratuity is added to all catered events.
Catering options are available for all types of events!

I recently booked a team engagement with Seek in the Event Yurt and it was an incredible experience. The yurt is a bright and welcoming space, that felt spacious and cozy, all while connected to nature. The staff at Seek were friendly and attentive, ensuring all of the details required for the day were taken care of.
