From beautiful beaches to locally made beer, and a charming village,
the North Shore is not to be missed!

Take the highway 311 and stop at Cafe 311 to get your caffeine fix and a snack for the road!
Continue onto Earltown where you can stop at the famous SugarMoon Farm for an authentic sugar shack experience and delicious pancakes. From here you can also hike Rogart Mountain or the Gully area.
Make sure to check out The Earltown General Store for lots of locally made goodies.

Once you get to Tatamagouche, visit the Creamery Square. There's a farmer's market on Saturdays (9am-1pm) as wells as a heritage and arts centre. There are lots of options for lunch, including Big Al's, The Nook & Cranny and The Chowder House. Before you leave downtown Tatamagouche, stop by the Railway Station Inn which features a cafe, restaurant and gift shop - all in vintage train cars & cabooses!

You can’t leave Tatamagouche without checking out Tata Brew, the famous locally made craft beer! The Main Street has a variety of cute shops and locally made chocolate and ice cream.

If looking for time outside, check out Nelson Memorial Park, a quiet picnic park next to the bay with a gorgeous garden in the warmer months.
Don’t forget the world class beaches such as Rushton’s Provincial Park and Blue Sea Beach Provincial Park is located in Malagash, roughly a 25 minute drive from Tatamagouche.
